What is a Serviced Office

A serviced office also commonly known as executive suite or business suite, is a business premises designed to offer an all inclusive office setup. For one set fee each month you get your office space without any other overhead expenses like rates, body corporate fees, cleaning, electricity, and air conditioning servicing. All these extra expenses can make a real difference to the cost of your rented office space and consume time in accounts administration.

Difference between a Serviced Office and a Virtual Office

Serviced offices are physical offices that are rented. Tenants have their own private space, their own key, and their own telephone physically on a desk. A virtual office is cheaper than a serviced office, as there are no actual premises involved. A company will answer phone calls for client (who rent a virtual office) under their business name, receive faxes, and provide a postal address so the client can maintain a professional business image.
